''Computational and Systems Neuroscience'' (COSYNE) is a scientific conference, with the main meeting usually held in Salt Lake City. It is a single track-meeting with oral and poster sessions and attracts about 500-600 participants from a variety of disciplines. The meeting is followed by two days of workshops. COSYNE grew out of the Neural Information and Coding (NIC) meetings founded by Anthony Zador in 1996. The founders make up the executive committee: Anthony Zador, Alex Pouget, and Zachary Mainen. COSYNE 2012 is organized by Rachel Wilson and Jim DiCarlo. == Past meetings ==
